Roadmap
  1. Sep 18, 2026

One desk for everything waiting on you

Open RevDesk and everything waiting on you is right there, ranked: calls to make, replies to send, drafts to approve, and what each one pays when it closes.

    Newv2.1.09 improvements6 fixes

Everything waiting on you, in one list

Calls, follow-ups, replies and drafts waiting for approval sit in one list, most urgent first. Filter it to one kind, and call or message without losing your place.

Unclaimed leads show their source, what the customer asked for, and how long they have waited. Cards go yellow after 12 hours and red after 24. Managers can see who is carrying what and hand work over. Workboard is gone; its links open your desk.

See what your work is worth

Your desk opens on what your open deals pay if they close, what you have earned, and what is still pending. A ring fills as this month catches last month.

Commission uses your saved rate and the deal's gross profit. Anything we cannot calculate says so.

    Features and improvements

A new Sales role gives someone Sales and Inbox access limited to their assigned teams.

Insights now includes Sales, with conversion and closing rates and per-user results you can open down to the deal.

Manufacturer benchmarks can be published as national and region comparisons, overlaid on your own charts.

Recall and warranty playbooks give service teams a ready-made call and text sequence to start from.

Every automation separates Overview, Setup and Activity, so each one shows only the settings it actually uses.

Contact capture reads a driver's license and confirms a mailing address before saving, then files it in Directory.

Agents can search the unit attributes you record, including year, make, model, trim, colour and weight.

Ask RevDesk listens the moment you tap, so you can say what you need instead of waiting through a greeting.

Your business type, website, description and service area now live in Settings, Workspace, Business.

    Fixes

Outbound calls send your approved caller name to the carrier, so your business name can show on the recipient's phone.

The inbox keeps conversations when automation is paused, and starts a fresh draft when you switch conversation.

Booking changes save reliably, including copied hours, locations, group reschedules and phone appointment forms.

Callback emails carry the caller's request and the surrounding conversation, so you can see what prompted the follow-up.

Transfer follow-up tells a completed handoff apart from a rejected route, an unanswered department and a caller who hung up.

Sidebar counts, Directory contact details, Explorer navigation, spam-test recovery and phone photo uploads all behave.

  2. Aug 24, 2026

    Calls that open more naturally

The first five seconds of a call, tuned.

    Improvedv2.0.81 fix

    Fixes

Pacing, acknowledgements and recovery when a caller talks over the greeting are all improved, so the opening of a call feels less scripted.

  3. Aug 24, 2026

Reminders that arrive, forms that stay put

A reminder that is due now goes out even if something crashes underneath it. Hosted forms moved in with lead intake.

    Improvedv2.0.73 improvements3 fixes

    Features and improvements

Booking reminder delivery is durable: one that is due still goes out after a restart or a slow downstream service.

Hosted forms moved under lead intake and kept their existing identities, so current links and embeds keep resolving.

Older webhooks route through lead intake, so everything arriving from outside lands in one place.

    Fixes

Agent discovery returns complete results from the directory and metadata an integration reads.

Caller registry uploads are scoped to the workspace doing the upload.

Provisioning checks a number can carry high-definition voice before assigning it, and replacement billing for those lines is correct.

  4. Aug 23, 2026

    Agent links keep working

A quick follow-up to v2.0.5 for anyone addressing agents through the API.

    Fixedv2.0.61 fix

    Fixes

Opaque agent identifiers resolve wherever they are issued, so links and API calls carrying one no longer return not-found.

  5. Aug 23, 2026

Connect RevDesk to what you already run

Everything a developer or an AI assistant needs to find their way around RevDesk, published.

    Improvedv2.0.53 improvements3 fixes

    Features and improvements

The API, SDK and agent endpoints are published with the metadata a developer or an AI assistant needs to discover them.

Messaging registration keeps its supporting evidence and applies safer defaults, so a submission can be corrected instead of restarted.

Lines on carriers that cannot carry high-definition voice route correctly.

    Fixes

Conversational inventory search recovers instead of giving up when a caller asks for something it cannot match.

Where a lead came from, and the routing decision that followed, are recorded so the path is auditable.

A prefetch blocked by the firewall no longer takes the page down with it.

  6. Aug 23, 2026

Your AI team for every lead

Give every lead an agent. Hire by role, pick a voice, and let the dialer keep the whole history beside the live call.

    Newv2.0.47 improvements3 fixes

Give every lead the right AI agent

Hire agents by role, choose how they sound, and assign them from one place. An agent takes on approved work and brings in a person when the conversation needs judgment.

Make every call with context already open

The dialer keeps the lead and their history beside the live conversation. Take the call yourself, let an agent lead it, or hand it between the two without losing the thread.

    Features and improvements

Settings, billing, business verification and phone onboarding are reorganised, so the next step is easier to find and finish.

Promotional messaging has a clear double opt-in path, and automation stops after an explicit decline.

Video and mixed-media conversations are easier to manage.

Teams building on the API, SDK, CLI, webhooks or MCP get clearer guidance and more complete connection details.

Agents answer availability questions with a focused shortlist and one caveat, instead of repeating detail.

Contact profiles carry context forward from earlier calls, so your team and your agents share the same picture.

Inventory can be added by hand or imported from CSV and XML, so agents can answer what is actually available.

    Fixes

Agent directories, profiles, settings and setup links open reliably for both long-standing and new workspaces.

Background page loading no longer interrupts the screen you are already using.

Caller-ID routing, deal values, inbox details, insights panels and uploads show their completed state consistently.

  7. Aug 22, 2026

    Every lead lands somewhere

A form, a call, a webhook. However a lead reaches you, it now lands in one place and takes one path.

    Newv2.0.08 improvements1 fix

    Features and improvements

Lead sources connect directly to the jobs that work them, so a form, a connected source and a webhook all follow one path.

Each intake reports its routing health, so you find a broken path before a lead goes missing.

Inbox action alerts are durable, surviving a reload or a restart.

Web push joins the alert channels, and the hourly cap on message alerts is higher with a clear notice when it overflows.

Inbox line scope is per member, so each person sees the lines they actually work.

Discovery metadata for the API and agent authentication lets other software and AI assistants connect on your behalf.

Onboarding can confirm a number by SMS as a workspace sets up.

Booking reminders are editable inline from the notifications tab.

    Fixes

A messaging registration records its carrier lifecycle as it progresses, instead of re-deriving it.

  8. Jul 31, 2026

Hire an agent, give it a job

You do not build campaigns any more. You hire an agent and hand it a job.

    Newv1.4.07 improvements

One page: who you employ, what they work

Your agents and their jobs live together. Employ more than one agent in a role, and standing one down pauses its jobs instead of leaving them quietly unattended.

Describe the work in plain language and the builder assembles the job. Change any part of it afterwards.

    Features and improvements

One job owns a customer while it works them, so two pieces of automation cannot talk over each other to the same person.

Threads, history and search mean a conversation is still there when you come back to it.

Jobs can be edited, paused or deleted from the board.

Your business describes itself once, and every agent works from the same story.

Each FAQ chooses whether it rides along in the prompt or waits to be found by search.

Porting a number in from another provider is a complete path, with emergency registration derived from your onboarding address.

Agents can speak to the specifications a shopper asks about on a specific unit, and what the vendor says about it.

  9. Jun 30, 2026

    Build on top of it

RevDesk becomes something you can build on: a documented API, real SDKs, and a panel that tells you which conversations still need a human.

    Newv1.3.07 improvements

    The v1 API and SDKs

The v1 surface covers agents, caller IDs, calls, messaging, usage and number release, with published response schemas. An SDK ships for your backend, and a WebRTC package for talking to an agent from the browser.

    Features and improvements

Needs Attention is a living panel of the conversations waiting on a human, with the reason attached.

An agent can take a callback request as a first-class action, resolving bookings to the right event type.

A scheduled digest summarises activity across the workspace.

Health endpoints and lifecycle, disposition and messaging webhooks are available.

A downloadable data processing agreement, with the rest of the compliance pack gated by plan.

Letters of authorization can be previewed and signed in one step, with the title filled in.

Direct, relayed and bridged dialing are unified under one model, and carrier names no longer leak into the public API.

  10. May 31, 2026

    Your business, not your login

RevDesk stopped being about you and started being about your business. Workspaces, teams, permissions and billing all moved with it.

    Improvedv1.2.08 improvements

    Your account is the business

You join or create the workspace for your business, and the organization view opens on the people in it.

    Features and improvements

Authentication is rebuilt natively, bringing single sign-on, finer-grained permissions and consistent scoping.

Plans, add-ons and charges are consolidated onto one model.

Annual billing is available with two months free.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle you already paid for, rather than immediately.

Checkout collects promo codes and billing addresses.

Partner onboarding is four steps, with explicit billing controls.

Workspaces can be provisioned in one step for customers arriving through the API.

An anonymous reporting page is available for anyone who needs it.

  11. Apr 30, 2026

Calls that show who you are

Your name on the screen when the phone rings. Register once and your outbound calls stop looking like spam.

    Newv1.1.07 improvements

Your name on the recipient's phone

Register once and outbound calls carry your business name instead of an unfamiliar number. The dialer shows that name when you pick a line, with the number underneath.

    Features and improvements

Business messaging registration works end to end, including the brand and campaign paperwork carriers require.

Emergency-address and compliance checks are guarded, so a line cannot be used before it is ready.

Numbers can be ported in from another provider, or bought and provisioned in bulk with visible progress.

Outbound campaigns detect voicemail and phone trees earlier, so more of your minutes reach a person.

A single conversation can book more than one appointment.

Checkout, upgrades and one-off charges follow the same flow wherever they appear.

Who can see and act on a phone number is resolved from the workspace that owns it.

  12. Mar 31, 2026

Reach every lead on the list

Day one. Point RevDesk at a list of leads and it starts calling, then puts a person on the line the moment someone is worth talking to.

    Newv1.0.06 improvements

Outreach that holds a real list

Import contacts by CSV, including files big enough that most tools give up, and RevDesk finds the phone column even when the header is wrong. Scroll a campaign of any size, remove contacts, and personalise with first and last name.

Hand off while the lead is still on the phone

When a conversation reaches the bar you set, the call transfers to a person instead of becoming a callback. Route round robin to a team, fire a webhook, or notify someone and end politely.

    Features and improvements

Call results, dispositions and qualified-only filters flow into your CRM, your spreadsheets and your automations.

Webhook payloads are flat and predictable, with an integration picker that is explicit about direction.

Answers and FAQs live in one place, selectable when you configure what an agent knows.

Each follow-up attempt can behave differently from the last, rather than repeating the same call.

A full configuration can be copied from one phone number to another.

A seven-day trial includes usage credit, with auto-refill you control.
