Affiliate Terms

The RevDesk Affiliate Program (the "Program") lets you earn commission for referring new customers to RevDesk. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms (these "Terms"), together with the RevDesk Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

Enrollment is subject to approval. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. If approved, your commission rate, earning window, and other commercial terms will be provided to you in writing or through your RevDesk affiliate dashboard before you begin participating. You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts.

The standard public offer is 20% commission for 6 months. Approved affiliates earn commission under the program terms shown in their account:

• New standard enrollments earn 20% of net collected eligible recurring self-managed software for six months. Your dashboard shows the terms accepted when your application was approved.
• Commission is calculated from classified invoice lines after discounts, credits, and refunds. Managed services, setup, phones, voice or messaging usage, A2P, taxes, custom or externally billed contracts, and refunded amounts are excluded.
• There is no cap on the number of customers you may refer or the total you may earn.

A newly referred customer receives 10% off six months of eligible RevDesk Growth or RevDesk Business software. RevDesk Managed, RevDesk Setup, RevDesk Add-ons, taxes, and custom or externally billed contracts are excluded. Annual prepay receives a one-time first-invoice benefit equal to 10% of six monthly equivalents. Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.

Offers redeemed under prior published terms remain honored. These terms apply prospectively to new enrollments and referrals.

• Payouts are made monthly through Stripe Connect via direct bank deposit.
• A minimum balance of $50 in earned, eligible commission is required before a payout is issued. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following period.
• You are responsible for completing Stripe Connect onboarding and for any taxes owed on commission you earn.

You must promote RevDesk honestly and lawfully. The following are prohibited and may result in withheld commission and removal from the Program:

• Self-referral. Referring your own account or organizations you control.
• Spam and unsolicited messaging. Sending your link or code in violation of anti-spam, telemarketing, or messaging laws.
• Trademark and paid-search abuse. Bidding on RevDesk trademarks in paid search, using confusingly similar domains, or impersonating RevDesk.
• Misrepresentation. Making false or misleading claims about RevDesk, its pricing, or the Program.
• Cookie stuffing or any technical means of forcing or faking attribution.

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation, withhold or reverse commission, and disable your links or codes if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination, unpaid commission that was validly earned and above the payout threshold will be paid out in the ordinary course, subject to any applicable clawbacks.

We may update these Terms, commission terms, customer offers, thresholds, or other Program details from time to time. Changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through your dashboard, email, or another written notice. Your continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
