Affiliate Terms

The RevDesk Affiliate Program (the "Program") lets you earn commission for referring new customers to RevDesk. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms (these "Terms"), together with the RevDesk Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

Enrollment is subject to approval. You must have a valid RevDesk account and complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms, at any time.

You earn a commission on the subscriptions of the customers you refer:

• 20% per sale for six months. Commission is 20% of the referred customer's subscription payments for six (6) months, measured from that customer's first paid invoice. After six months, no further commission accrues for that customer.
• Commission is calculated on the plan/subscription portion only. Metered usage (for example, per-minute voice) and certain add-on line items (phone numbers, A2P registration, and similar) are excluded.
• There is no cap on the number of customers you may refer or the total you may earn.

New customers who sign up through your referral link or code receive 20% off for their first 6 months. The discount is applied automatically to their first subscription and is subject to RevDesk's standard pricing and billing terms. The discount cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value.

• Payouts are made monthly through Stripe Connect via direct bank deposit.
• A minimum balance of $50 in earned, eligible commission is required before a payout is issued. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following period.
• You are responsible for completing Stripe Connect onboarding and for any taxes owed on commission you earn.

You must promote RevDesk honestly and lawfully. The following are prohibited and may result in withheld commission and removal from the Program:

• Self-referral. Referring your own account or organizations you control.
• Spam and unsolicited messaging. Sending your link or code in violation of anti-spam, telemarketing, or messaging laws.
• Trademark and paid-search abuse. Bidding on RevDesk trademarks in paid search, using confusingly similar domains, or impersonating RevDesk.
• Misrepresentation. Making false or misleading claims about RevDesk, its pricing, or the Program.
• Cookie stuffing or any technical means of forcing or faking attribution.

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation, withhold or reverse commission, and disable your links or codes if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity. Upon termination, unpaid commission that was validly earned and above the payout threshold will be paid out in the ordinary course, subject to any applicable clawbacks.

We may update these Terms, commission rates, discount amounts, thresholds, or other Program details from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted. Your continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
